PyTraceback

Struct PyTraceback

Source
pub struct PyTraceback(/* private fields */);
Expand description

Represents a Python traceback.

Values of this type are accessed via PyO3’s smart pointers, e.g. as Py<PyTraceback> or Bound<'py, PyTraceback>.

For APIs available on traceback objects, see the PyTracebackMethods trait which is implemented for Bound<'py, PyTraceback>.

Implementations§

Source§

impl PyTraceback

Source

pub fn new<'py>( py: Python<'py>, next: Option<Bound<'py, PyTraceback>>, frame: Bound<'py, PyFrame>, instruction_index: i32, line_number: i32, ) -> PyResult<Bound<'py, PyTraceback>>

Creates a new traceback object from the given frame.

The next is the next traceback in the direction of where the exception was raised or None if this is the last frame in the traceback.

Trait Implementations§

Source§

impl PyTypeInfo for PyTraceback

Source§

const NAME: &'static str = "PyTraceback"

👎Deprecated since 0.28.0:

prefer using ::type_object(py).name() to get the correct runtime value

Class name.
Source§

const MODULE: Option<&'static str>

👎Deprecated since 0.28.0:

prefer using ::type_object(py).module() to get the correct runtime value

Module name, if any.
Source§

const TYPE_HINT: PyStaticExpr

Provides the full python type as a type hint.
Source§

fn type_object_raw(py: Python<'_>) -> *mut PyTypeObject

Returns the PyTypeObject instance for this type.
Source§

fn is_type_of(obj: &Bound<'_, PyAny>) -> bool

Checks if object is an instance of this type or a subclass of this type.
Source§

fn type_object(py: Python<'_>) -> Bound<'_, PyType>

Returns the safe abstraction over the type object.
Source§

fn is_exact_type_of(object: &Bound<'_, PyAny>) -> bool

Checks if object is an instance of this type.

impl DerefToPyAny for PyTraceback

impl<T> PyTypeCheck for T
where T: PyTypeInfo,

Source§

const NAME: &'static str = const NAME: &'static str = T::NAME;

👎Deprecated since 0.27.0:

Use ::classinfo_object() instead and format the type name at runtime. Note that using built-in cast features is often better than manual PyTypeCheck usage.

Name of self. This is used in error messages, for example.
